Mr. Caldas founded ITB, Inc. in 1991 hoping to fill a need for an innovative Engineering, Management, Technical and Administrative Services firm in the Federal space. Since then, ITB has been providing experience in Management Services, Engineering, Quality Systems Training and Technical Services to Government and industry.
Mr. Robert Leeney is a retired United States Air Force (USAF) Officer with strong experience managing and leading teams in multiple engineering disciplines to include instrumentation, guidance systems, reliability and Risk Management. Regularly interfacing with senior level executives of major corporations.
Ms. Meinhold has over 25 years experience in environmental analyses, risk assessment, and project management support to Federal Agencies. Since joining ITB in 2001, Ms. Meinhold has provided engineering and programmatic support to the NASA Space Shuttle Transition and Retirement Office and the Space Shuttle Propulsion Office located at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.
Mr. Sorkin has been an internal part of ITB for over 15yrs. His extensive background managing projects for aerospace related organizations has given him the knowledge and ability to seek and collaborate with diverse sources to fulfill new challenging project requirements.
